What is the best way to repair a cracked mirror closet door. Does anyone know who manufactured them for Carriage. I have a 2011 Cameo 36FWS. Just noticed the cracked door this weekend.  ???c

Our Cameo 2011 37CKSLS arrived at our dealer last April (2011) with both closet doors cracked.  We decided to go to the factory last June 2011 to get them replaced and to tour the Carriage Factory.  Do you have the king bed?  We have the kind bed and there wasn't enough room between the mattress and the closet doors to comfortably get into bed or to make the bed.  After we got home, we removed the closet doors and replaced them with dark brown sheers on a hidden shower rod above.  We understand that Carriage had redesigned the 2012 CKSLS to be 6-8 inches longer with the extra inches between the bed and the closet to take care of that problem but, of course, Carriage closed.  The bedroom on the 2011 36FWS is the same as ours on the 37CKSLS and if you have the kind bed there is always the potential that the closed doors will crack, just from trying to maneuver in between.  If you don't have the kind bed then there should be enough space to move there.  Don't know who made the doors but you might check with your local glass shop to see if they can replace the glass.  Our local glass shop can do some amazing things.  Never hurts to get an estimate.

Thx, ours is a queen size and i thought about the glass dealer option but was curious about the manufacturer in order to see if there might be a pressure point issue on the frame.
