In case you were wondering, the SLS stands for "split-level slide", which means that a single slide spans the bedroom and part of the living area. The slide appears to be a somewhat smaller version of the full-wall slide. There is also an RE (rear entertainment) floorplan of the SLS coming.

Just an addition to your post about the 37cksls.  The overhead cabinet and window below it in will not be offered anymore.  They are removing the plan and putting a full length cabinet along the back wall.  I think they are calling it an appliance garage?  Hopefully they will realize it needs to be angled like the other model that has this...however, our unit will have a flat, open-to-the-front cabinet.  Actually, we were asked which plan we wanted and went with the cabinet....hopefully, I will be satisfied....if not....it's my own fault!  This is the last week to have a choice.

The floorplan as shown here is excellent; the best in their line.  It combines the living room and kitchen layout of the CKQ with the extra side washer/dryer storage and private bath of the 36FWS.   However, this floorplan has already been changed.  No longer is all the great counter space  available in the "L" shaped kitchen.  In the new ones that are being produced, the overhead cabinet between the kitchen and living room is being replaced by a cabinet that sits the counter.   Not a good design at all, IMHO.

It may look nice (more open), but it eats up the counter space.   Someone put form before function.  . . .  had to be a man that didn't see a need for the generous counter space. Roll Eyes

Changing the floorplan already, wow.  Glad we got ours when we did.  The counter space was a must have for us.  We are getting close to full-timing and we really like the layout.  We've had it a month and a half.  We are really enjoying it.

Just bought a new 2010 37cKSLS.....will pick it up later this week and do a trial run to Oklahoma next weekend.  We really loved the layout, especially with the desk.  As both of us are serious computer users, a desk was a necessity.

The wife and I love the floor plan without the overhead cabinet, we really like the appliance garage.
