News: While changes have occurred in the administration of the forum, the goal remains the open and uncensored exchange of information. I intend to keep this forum alive, well and growing. I also am working on a Carriage facebook page for those that would like to participate in that venue as well.   Please join, post, chat and
if necessary have an occasional issue, but feel free to air your joys, stories, issues and angst freely and without fear of censorship. We are a family, and as we all know, families love, share and fight as part and parcel of being human.   This is the members forum first and foremost, and I intend to keep it as such, no matter occasional criticism coming down the pike.

Respectfully,

Obvious as to what my former profession was. Flew AC-130 Gunships out of Ubon, Thailand. Transitioned into fast movers and flew the F4 for 16 years.  "Old" because the front line fighter I used to fly is now being used as a target practice drone.

Newbie to the forum, but I have already learned a lot from the varied subject matter and experts.

Oldretiredafguy,
Good to hear that your old front line fighter (and you) manage to have an AF career long enough for it to become a target practice drone.  Wink

Thank you for your service.  You can RV with me anytime!

Welcome to the forum.
