Has anyone had any experiences, good or bad with ExploreUSA?  They have various locations throughout Texas. Just wondering if any one location is better than the others and how your sales or service experiences have beenl

I purchased a new Cameo from the San Antonio dealership in January 09 and had a very good sales experience. I have not had any service work done at any of the dealers and the GM that was at the San Antonio dealer when I purchased my Cameo moved to the Boerne dealership. I don't know if he is still there or not. I have heard that the dealership in Kyle is one of the best but have no firsthand knowledge of that. Good Luck!!!!

We bought our Domani from the 'Dallas' (Mesquite actually) location and in general had a) a good buying experience and b) good service experience.  With almost any RV purchase, there'll be some issues (ours was the thermostat) but we can't fault the service department for their part in that drama.
It seems to take forever to get parts that must be ordered, but that may be Carriage, not the dealer.
Their service work seems top notch.
ps - I heard the last time I was in there that they were training to become a Bigfoot installer/repair.

We purchased our Cameo from Explore USA in Kyle Texas.  Sales staff was great.  Have had a couple of warrantee issues and the service staff was excellent as well. I would recommend them.  Oh, I did – and my neighbor traded their Jayco for a Cameo.

We appreciate all the feedback.  We were especially interested in the sales experiences, and it sounds like they do a good job.

Thanks

We have dealt in the past with ExploreUSA in Mesquite (Dallas). We currently own a 2008 Domani that we bought from them. I have had the trailer back to the dealer a couple times for minor fixes. I have had no complaints about either the sales or the service process. They have always treated us well.
We are actually going in today to trade the Domani in and order a 2010 Carri-Lite 36MAX1, our "dream" trailer. We are again dealing with ExploreUSA in Mesquite. We absolutely love the floorplan and ExploreUSA is making us a very good deal on the new trailer. I have nothing but good to say about ExploreUSA in Mesquite.

We bought our 35SB3 08 Cameo in Boerne, Tx.  The sales and service staff were excellent.  The manager at the time, has since moved to ExploreUSA Kyle, TX..  We just had our Cameo repaired after some severe tire blowout damage at Kyle, TX. and they did an outstanding job.  We will properly buy another Cameo from ExploreUSA when the time comes in a couple of years based on our experience with the two dealerships.  Good luck.    barb and  bob

We just traded our 08 Cameo F33CKQ on a new 2010 F37CKSLS in San Antonio. Our salesman David Krebs was knowledgeable on Carriage products and very helpful. The sales manager did everything he had to make the deal go. They even installed a heat pump and fireplace in one day to help us fit our travel schedule. Their service department did a great job of getting us on the road in a unit ready to travel. We discovered a small problem after we left San Antonio and their service department made an appointment for us in Dallas to fix the problem. I would buy from them again.
