We have a Carriage  Cari lite, and have had very few problems.  We took it to the factory last year to take care of some minor warranty issues and they did.
We are very happy with our Carriage and would buy another one.

Our dealer was not a good dealer so we have always contacted the factory when we wanted to ask them questions or order a part.  They have taken care of us very well.
Parts we have ordered have not been Carriage parts.  One of the tools for the vacuum  and a hose.  A bathroom sink stopper.  A strip of rubber that goes under the bedroom slide, curb side.

We bought this October 2007.  It is a 2008 model.  Have put 10,000 miles on it. Holding up very well!

We just bought a 2010 Cameo 35SB3 in Sanford, Florida nine days ago. So far we very happy with it. We have been living in it since we got it. The Tech did a very good PDI and took his time showing us everything. They had to work late swapping tires from my old rig to this one on a Friday.  So far we got only two problems. We have a loud pop in the bathroom between the shower and the toilet. The other is a ceiling light above the range. I thought the bulb was burned out but when I when to take the cover off it came on. Sometimes it lights and sometimes not. I got a appointment back in Sanford when we leave here February 4.  The light should be easy but not sure about the pop in the floor. I looked at it from below as the DW made it pop from above. I can not see the problem or anything flexing  from underneath.

I've got the same bathroom setup and the same pop.  I'm curious about what they find.   Smiley

The service tech thinks the pop is from the factory using Liquid Nails to hold the floor down. He used silicone and some 2X4 under the bathroom. After around 6 hours working on it, it was fixed. The fix lasted until this morning. It is not as bad and when I get home I am going to look into it. To me the pop in between the floor and the shower, not under the floor, but I am not a RV tech. I can live with it as it not as bad as before.

Diandtom, I had the same problem with a ceiling light over our couch.  It was out, and when I pulled the fixture down the light would come on and off. I replaced the bulb and the problem is solved. It's a 10w halogen bulb, available at Wal-Mart for around 4 bucks.

Just to clarify on the size of the ceiling bulb... the smaller lights (like the one I changed) are 10w.  I think the 2 larger ones over the range are 20w.

We have had ours for just over 3 years, and both of the slide motors on the main floor went south, one under warranty, and the other was out by 6 months, but was still covered, and the a/c went last summer, also covered even though the warranty was up. outside of that we are very happy with the unit, and Carriage has been outstanding to deal with. We owned many different Fleetwood 5ers before switching to Carriage, and in my opinion Fleetwood does not hold a candle in customer service or quality. We went with Carriage due to their warranty , as I am an independent RV repair facility, and they allowed work to be done by non-dealers. I would recommend Carriage to anyone.

Shrader, I am very happy with carriage letting a local RV repair the problems I have had. I had a Arctic Fox fiver before this one and it had to go back to where it was built three times. It was a 300 mile trip one way. I do wish that quality control was better. I rate my vehicles on how many problems I have.

Still happy with my 08 35SB3, which we have had for 2 1/2 years.  Only problems were blowing two Towmax tires causing $3000+ damage last year, and bedroom slide stuck in the "in" position due to failure of Carriage to crimp the ground wire to motor.  Otherwise it has been great.  We just replaced the kitchen faucet with an upgrade, and the toilet with an upgrade, so it has been a great unit overall compared to the Keystone and Fleetwood 5ers I have had.

We have 2007 Cameo - F35KS3. We are glad that we made the right decisions because last month we visited Carriage plant. We were impressed. We had them replace black and gray holding tanks and few others that need to be fixed. They did good job. They know what they are doing. Not like at RV dealer. RV dealer service dept did not know what they are doing and did a poor job. If we ever going to buy a new 5th wheel, I will go back and buy Carriage.  Smiley
