Hey 63-41,

We're looking at a 36XTRM5 that's on a lot. Wife fell in love and we're hoping we can swing the deal. Have you booked a price on the coach? Would you disclose that price?

Doesn't get much better than that layout!!

Regards, Hamshog

It rain most of the day.  May-be that is why the dealer didn't call with the price info.  I did see the sticker on another one that was there.  Oh, dear, are you sure you want that one?  our first home didn't cost that much.

Congrats on getting to this point!  This is a great floor plan.  We love ours.  We purchased an '08 Carri-Lite 36XTRM5 Emerald Edition in Nov. of '08.  We were able to use it this past spring for the first time.  Believe me, if you love it now just wait until it is yours and you can use in a beautiful setting.  Doesn't get any better IMO!

The first modification we made was to have our dealer install a lift for our physically handicapped daughter.  It is the same lift that is used on motorhomes.  It was placed just inside the door and when the seat is removed you hardly even notice it.  I have to point it out to most people.  The other changes we made before taking possession was:

-Vent cover on toliet room vent
-Fantastic fan added to bathroom vent with a Maxx Air Vent cover
-Maxx Air Vent cover added kitchen fantastic air fan
-Dimmer switch for the dining table light
-Spice rack added behind cooktop
-towel ring added in toliet room
-larger Samsung(our preference) TV in LR
-adjustable shelving place in the W/D closet

In the next two weeks we will be adding a second electric awning on the dining/sofa slide (this is an option on 2010 models).  Down the road we hope to add window awnings on the bedroom and desk windows and a box-style window awning on the rear window.

The LR in this floor plan is so spacious that we are able to move the table and chairs to the middle of the LR to play cards on those rainy days with plenty of room.

Our fiver sits on our seasonal lot for now.  When my husband retires we hope travel and show both of our special needs adult children the country in which they live.

As you can see we are still loving ours and I know you will too.  Good luck on your making your dream come true.
